Attractions
Adcock's
Gardens - Always in harmony with the seasons, the garden
reflects the dreams of master gardeners Russell and Eleanor Adcock.
From the crocus amid the melting snows of early spring to the native asters
among the coloured leaves of autumn, the Adcocks, and nature, create a
changing panorama to please the eye and soothe the soul. Not to be
outdone by the garden flora, the fauna of the woodlands provide many delightful
surprises. Frequently you will find deer, moose and raccoon tracks
left during nocturnal raids. Many varieties of birds fill the air
with their happy songs throughout the day. In addition to the beautiful
water lilies, the central reflecting pools are home to many kinds of curious
aquatic creatures. There is no charge for strolling through the many
flower filled paths. Donations are appreciated.
